Copenhagen 15/12 2022. 44 cl can from Meny, Borups Allé, Frb. F. Can in brown design with an Owl and some hovering eyes oozing tears.
Pours opaque unclear amber with a big white head. Stable. Settles as thin layer of foam covering the surface of the beer. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is intense with a sweet sugary scent laden with Christmas spice. Cocoa and brown sugar. Linoleum and glue. Prominent cinnamon.
Light carbonation. Medium thick, oily, soft, smooth, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is intense with a strong sweetness followed by a medium strong bitterness. Aftertaste is sweet with a pronounced boozy streak. Lingers for a while. Finish is caramel and alcohol.
Sweet and boozy bomb overdoing the Cinnamon a bit.
