Server in a pint glass from the can here at cervecerÃa Esparte.
Appearance: Cloudy almost opaque pink color with a white head which had an initial rise of maybe half a fingers length off the body. Heavy bubbles upon the first pour.
Smell: Fruity aroma which dissipates quickly.
Taste: Of course it's sour, fruity and tarty with hints of milk sugar.
Mouth: Soft carbonation with a strong sticky after taste.
Overall: Very good beer and super lucky to find this one, landed on my lap and if you love complexity this is a must. Always in a glass!
