"What's the fastest way to make an Atlanta native cringe?
""21-3"" works, but there's another way:
Say ""Hotlanta.""
Take your senses on a trip ITP when you sip on this quadruple-dry-hopped IPA. With the unpredictability of Atlanta’s spring weather, this cloudy double IPA pops with sunny tropical notes on the nose. It drinks dank and finishes with a bit of bitterness, much like an Atlanta sports fan. Don't Call It Hotlanta checks in at a bridge-collapsing 8.5% ABV, so enjoy it after your hour-long evening commute."

Look: Poured a nice orange glow yellow with a beautiful white frothy head that produced hanging foam lace on the sides of the glass.
Smell and Taste: Danky orange zest. Reminiscent of a Tequila Sunrise.
Feel: Crispy and refreshing.
Overall: The citrus notes do a great job of hiding the 8.5 ABV. Be careful with this one. Easy to drink.

Typical looking IPA pour - pale golden in color with a hazy body, but the head is a little smaller than expected, topping at no more than one finger thick at best. The smell is tropical, evoking mango, melon, and grapefruit, however it does not scream quadruple hopped to me. The flavor is tropical - full of the fruits I was smelling, and adds a spicy ginger like note mid sip, keeping the taste from becoming too sweet. The finish is very dank and filled with pine resin. Feels dense in the mouth and has a sour aftertaste. I like it quite a bit.

Very well done brew. Received it as an extra, not disappointed. Would recommend. Very true to its style on all fronts

In fairness, the can was a gift and I don’t know how old it was. But what I tasted was not good
