L - Hazy yellow with bright white 2-finger head that dissipated slowly to a thick film. Moderate lacing. I was expecting a clear pilsner.
S- Light malt and grass.
T- Light malt, grass, hops with a moderate-high bitterness that lingers on the finish. Clean tasting.
F- Moderate carbonation and body
O- Good pilsner though a bit higher bitterness than I expected.

Poured into a narrow pilsner glass: color is straw, transparent, head is white with fine to small bubbles, head presents 1+ fingers thick, lingering well with some lacing on the glass sides.
Smell is light pilsner malt, touch of noble hops.
Taste is light pilsner malt, noble hop flavor of earth, herbs, and floral notes - simple and clean, a slight strong hop bittering quality.
Mouthfeel is moderate carbonation, moderate sweetness, moderate bitterness.
Overall a solid pilsner in the german style, bitterness is a bit high maybe but the malt/hop profile is pleasant.

No canning date; consumed on 5/24/21
Pours a lightly foggy, lemon-gold body, steadily effervescent and capped with multiple fingers of firm, white foam; solid head retention leaves a half-finger of frothy cap and collar, as well as speckles layers of soapy lacing spattered around the walls of the glass.
Aroma shows a pang of fresh, coastal minerality introducing fluffy white bread with a hint of yeasty dough cloaked in floral hop undertones; fresh lemon brightens the bouquet while a tinge of orange peel sits deep in the backdrop among notes of moss and jasmine.
Taste opens with soft bread crusts quickly contrasted with ripe lemon and fresh-cut grass as a bright minerality develops over the mid-palate with a grounding dose of straw, jasmine, sweet, corn flake-like grains, and mossy hops tones largely taking over the back end.
Mouthfeel features a light body and a fluffy, moderate-high carbonation crackling over the palate with a quickly drying, spritzy tingle; subtly gains a more refined, crisper traction past the mid-palate before fully drying out with a lemony twang and semi-bitter snap on the finish.
Unique herbal tones remain largely in sync with an ultra-soft malt texture, though unravel a touch as their more overt expression takes on a more bittering quality over time in this otherwise plush, grounded German pils.
