Bought from the brewery and poured into a Perfect Pint.

A=Poured into the glass and decided to hold back on the yeast/wheat that had settled at the bottom. Color was dark gold, like peach juice, at the top of the glass, with a 1/2" white head, slightly lighter at the bottom...very appealing and much darker in color than I had anticipated.

S=Easily the worst smelling beer I've ever experienced. No coconut aroma, but a mixture of car exhaust, rotten eggs and citrus...not overwhelming, but not faint either. It lasted for the first half of the glass.

T=Surprisingly, not bad...but still no coconut. Grapefruit zest, with a backdrop of lemon zest. with a faint flavor of peach.

M=Very drinkable...not too light nor heavy...rather smooth except for the sour.

O=If you can get past the odor, this would be a decent summer brew.

"Wheat Ale brewed with real coconuts"

Into a tulip glass it pours a bright and hazy pastel gold, soapy foam on top, about two fingers worth that fades to a wispy skim and ring at the edges. Some spotty lace clings to the glass in small arc shapes.

Smells like natural coconut right away, sweet almost vanilla-like, clean and perfumey. Really smells nice and authentic.

Tastes like coconut too, some wheaty minerals there, but the fizzy and thin astringent body puts a damper on things. Could be smoother, with a bit more body. Pouring in the sediment does add a little bit, sort of like adding the yeast in your hefeweizen. Maybe try a toasted coconut version?
