At the crossroads of a beer and an icewine, Myrcène De Glace was frozen at the ripening stage to concentrate the aromas and flavors, simulating the effect of cold on the grapes used to make the wine. of ice. The addition of must and marc de vidal from the Léon Courville vineyard (Domaine Les Bromes) brings out the aromatic power of this grape with notes of mango and lychee. In symbiosis with myrcene, the molecule that served as an aromatic track during the creation of this great beer, the synergy is literally tenfold!

Bottle: Poured a clear yellow color ale with a small pure white foamy head with OK retention. Aroma of grainy malt notes with light grapes undertones is quite unique. Taste is also dominated by unrefined grainy notes with some grapes undertones and a dry finish with little residual sugars. Body is light with medium carbonation. Herbal notes are also detectable. Interesting experience for sure but not necessarily something I would drink on a regular basis.
