Pours a cloudy opaque orange with a very slight pinkish hue, lasting white head and speckled bits of lace. Swirling skim across the surface.
Soft strawberry aroma as it warms, completely natural and not sweet or artificial.
Taste has less of the strawberries, more of a soft wheaty presence, and no noticeable basil really. Sort of tart and lightly fruity, light bodied and slightly watery. It's refreshing, though I hope they get more fruit into it next time.
