Light, crisp, easy drinking. Picking up the lime leave for sure. The hops add a bitter, tropical fruit finish that lingers. Getting the pepper on the back end. Would be amazing served with pork chops.

Bottle. Pours pale and mostly clear. Kaffir lime leave with Citra and Sorachi Ace? Sounds great. Aroma is limey, yeasty and softly hopped. Would like more hops here as I love these two varietals. Flavor has a leafy hoppiness with some coarse lime leaf. Dry. Finishes with a moderate bitterness. Pale malt and yeast dryness. Pretty good but far from its peak potential.

Cloudy white-yellow color. Good head and lace (a solid blanket).
Yeasty and a bit hoppy to the nose.
Farmhouse flavors--sour and raw grain. Short aftertaste. Highly carbonated with a light body.

From the 650 ml. bottle that was bottled in July 2015. Sampled on September 6, 2015.
Yellow, heady pour with delicate carbonation bubbles winding their way northward. Eventually it settles back.
The aroma is bright with tart citrus, lime, peppercorns, and light pale malts. The yeast strains have a wild feel to them.
Light and refreshing body.
The pepper and spicy hops really show themselves in the flavor bringing this to a satisfying and dry conclusion.
