This is beer courtesy of the previous reviewer, the captain of all things canned, woodychandler. Poured from a 16.9 oz. can. Has a cloudy whitish color with a 1/2 inch head. Smell is of apples, more green than sweet. Taste is apples, some tartness, a bit of grains, high drinkability. Feels medium bodied in the mouth and overall a decent beer, but not something I would want a steady diet of.

It has been quite the few days on/for The CANQuest (tm)! I embarked on a mission to reduce/eradicate the backlog here at Chez Woody with triage giving priority to APAs/AIPAs/DIPAs since they are the most fragile, even in CANs. I am a self-avowed hophead, but after a veritable onslaught of bittering hops, I raised the white flag. My tongue feels like it has been through a wringer and its taste buds stripped down to the surface ala the South Dakota landscape along I-80. I CAN't go on and yet I must. I am now shifting gears and CANsidering pulling over at the next Rest Stop. Here comes the next one.
From the 500 ml CAN: "Refreshing Apple Taste"; "Beer and Apple Flavoring"; "Extremely refreshing taste combining Warka beer and apple juice. Serve chiiled for best taste."; "Turbidity is a natural feature of the product."
I am having a tough time keeping a straight face any more. I Crack!ed this one open and got a strong scent of Jolly Rancher Apple! Ha. An inverted Glug produced two foamy, fizzy fingers of bone-white head that fell more rapidly than gravity calls for. Color was a cloudy Pale-Straw (SRM = 1 - 2). Nose was tart green apples and now I was laughing. I'm sorry, but 2 % ABV and it smells like CANdy? I find that amusing. Mouthfeel was thin-to-medium, more than I had expected/hoped for. The taste was actually kind of tart, not as sweet as the nose had led me to expect. It was unquestionably apples, though. I think that this was more palatable to me than the lemonade, which struck me as really sweet. Finish was semi-sweet, but still pretty refreshing.
