Tart raspberry wheat ale, brewed to be pleasantly fruity from the addition of raspberries, but perfectly tart and refreshing. Spring rhubarb, ripe raspberry, lemon peel, and a drying soft tannin that lends a back note of vanilla, and toasted bread. Aromas and flavors dance around on the palate to create an incredible experience. Like grown-up pink lemonade!

Pale pink color, pretty pretty. Poured out of a bomber at the end of a long fun night. It smells and tastes of raspberries, pleasantly sour with a lemon tartness, and just sweet enough. I could put back dozens of these

16 oz pour split with my brother at the brewery. Pours a pretty raspberry pink. Aroma and flavor are fresh tart raspberries with some wheatiness. Not complex, but very tasty. Mouthfeel is not too thin and nicely carbonated. Overall a very tasty low-abv beer.

On-tap at Republic, Minneapolis, MN
A: The beer is hazy pinkish yellow in color. It poured with a narrow white collar around the edge of the glass.
S: Light aromas of raspberries are present in the nose.
T: The taste has light to moderate amount of raspberries along with a little funkiness.
M: It feels light- to medium-bodied on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This beer didn't have as much raspberries as I would have expected but it was easy to drink.
Serving type: on-tap

Had on tap at Lake & Irving. I smell raspberry and wheat - with the raspberry in the lead - as the server brings it to the table. It comes bright gold with a peach tint permeated by thin streams of rapidly rising bubbles under a 1/2" snow white cap with fair retention and a very fine bead. The beer is crisp, dry and tart - about lemonade levels - with a refreshing raspberry flavor and it has a lingering raspberry aftertaste. It is light, with fine soft carbonation.

at the tap room, into a weizen-like glass
a: looks beautiful, very hazy, grapefruit pink and white, minimal head
s: nice tart and spritzy nose, peach, raspberries, very faint wheat, some rhubarb at the end
t & m: follows the nose. clean and snappy, a little tart but I had my hopes up that they might go for more. Very light...not getting the yeast notes one might for the style. Still, all things considered, this is really nice and particularly great on a hot summer day.
