At the brewery, served in a shaker, this is solid and middle of the road, by which I mean that it is a good road to be on even if there isn’t anything that stands out all that much. pours a fairly clear brown that is tinted with an amber/copper light. Fairly good lacing. Nose is light bready Munich maltiness, with a little light warm milk chocolate. Carries through in the taste. Mouthful is moderately substantial and full without being heavy. A little lager yeast sneaks in there, which is good. Minimal earthy hoppiness.
