Collaboration with Barrel Theory Beer Company
Brewed with a base of Pilsner and 2-Row malt, along with a healthy dose of oats and wheat for a soft, pillowy mouthfeel. We whirlpooled this hazy IPA with Citra hops, then hit it with a generous dry hop of Citra, Strata, and Nelson Sauvin. The result bursts with bright notes of peach, melon, white grape, and passion fruit.

12 oz can pkgd 11/25/25 into a tulip glass.
L: Pours hazy orange gold with a soft white head, light steady carbo, head recedes to light edge foam, light scattered lacing.
S: Grapefruit, mango, a herbal hop note, light yeast.
T: Slightly sweet caramelized malts, light orange, grapefruit, mango, papaya, distant pineapple, wheat, yeast, a hint of white grape, white peppercorn.
F: Smooth medium bodied mouthfeel and a glossy medium-length lightly dry finish.
O: Really nicely balanced fruit tastes and almost tropical. Not overly zesty or sharp and quite easy to drink. The finish is mellow with pleasant fruity aftertastes that offer gentle bitterness. It is excellent in its style.

12oz can, adhesive label. Stamp on lower lip is 'CANNED 11/05/25', about three weeks in the can.
Hazy, pale gold colored body. Two fingers of dense, white head and this recedes slowly to a fluffy cap and clinging foam. Leaves behind webs and long strings of lacing.
Aroma of peach, melon, and pine. Has an air of cat piss.
Taste is a balance of sweetness and bitterness. Flavors of peach, melon, grape, and berry. Added in is pine resin for a bite. All continue to balance well in the aftertaste.
Medium mouthfeel. Soft texture from oats. Some tongue numbing. Excellent carbonation.
Well done hazy IPA brewed in collaboration with Barrel Theory Brewing. Expressive but not too catty. Enticing enough to go for seconds. The bitter bite at the end seals the deal for going back for another quaff.

Can. White head that slowly fades. No lace. Hazy burnt gold color.
This reminds me of other half. Really solid and surprised. Melon, honeydew, peach, orange. Very tropical and juicy. Also hoppy and a little bitter. A bit of creamy yogurt. This has all the good stuff of a nice hazy. Can’t believe how well ST did on their first attempt.

Barrel Theory and Steel Toe collaboration. Loved the 12oz can. Pour s a hazy straw color with a fresh white head. Smell has citrus tropical fruit and berries . Taste has oranges, white grapes ,melon and papaya. Mouth sweet with hops with a fair amount dryness in finish, Delicious brew.
