An Italian Style Pilsner with bright citrus and floral flavor, and aroma. A soft mouthfeel with just a touch of spice and bitterness.

12oz can. Bottom lip is stamped with 'CANNED ON 11/20/23'.
Clear pale gold colored body. Two fingers of white head, which retreats to be a thin cap and high ring. Leaves behind extensive webs of lacing.
Aroma of toasted malt and floral hops. Additions notes of lemon and other citrus.
Taste is grain malts and floral hops. Hops stand out, and express lemon citrus. Slight diesel.
Medium mouth feel. Clean and crisp finish. Very good carbonation.
Hopped up lager with a good malt base.

Appearance: Pours a completely clear, golden color with a strong white head. SRM of 7. (4.00)
Aroma: Strong aromas of lemon citrus, orange citrus, pale malts with some tropical fruit on the end. (3.75)
Flavor: Strong flavors of lemon citrus, pale, malts, light lemon, flour. Clean finish.
Feel: Medium body, strong, carbonation, finishes, clean and dry.
Compared to Fair State Pils 12/2023: Pours similar, milder aromas. More lemon citrus and tropical fruit. Less bitter and floral. Winner: Fair State
Overall: Steel Toe made this one which is an Italian Pils. Sort of leans like an IPL. Lemony with a bit of tropical notes. A slight floral bitterness, but overall mild. Enjoyable, but not seekable. (Rating: 3.77)
