look: 4.25 | smell: 3.75 | taste: 3.75 | feel: 3.5 | overall: 3.75
Appearance: Pours a clear, deep rich amber and copper color with a massive off-white head. SRM of 17. (4.25)

Aroma: Strong aromas of bread malts, orange citrus, toasty notes. (3.75)

Flavor: Strong flavors of bread malts, followed by smooth caramel and toasty notes. Smooth bread off the finish. Mildly sweet. (3.75)

Feel: Medium-bodied, low to average carbonation. Finish is smooth, mildly sweet, but sort of flat. (3.50)

Compared to Drekker Hausterhosen 11/24: Pours darker, stronger aromas. More toasted caramel. Less smooth bread.

Overall: A decent one from Steel Toe who has made some good lagers that I've tried. Pours beautifully. Otherwise pretty good for a Marzen. Nothing too wild. (Rating: 3.76)

12oz can. Stamp on bottom lip is 'CANNED ON 9/13/23'.
Clear, pale amber colored body. Two fingers of off white head, which resides as a bubble cap and ring. Leaves behind webs of lacing.
Aroma is toasted bread and herbal hops.
Taste is toasted bread with caramel. Sweet and wholesome. Herbal/spicy/floral hops add a bit of bite and bitterness. Caramel and toffee in the aftertaste.
Fuller mouth feel, with coating. Excellent blend of sweet and bitter bite. Very good carbonation.
Inviting fest beer with a darker color and toasted caramel malts.
