At the tap room in a tumbler. Big and full roasted sweet/chocolatey espresso beans and dark baker’s chocolate malt notes, vanilla, and some mild baking spice notes. It was served too cold and I hoped it would get more complex as it warmed…didn’t get there as much as I had hoped. this is extremely tasty and smooth/luxurious, and it hides the abv exceptionally well. It just isn’t all that complex.

On tap. Tan head. Black color. No lace.
Massive coffee/espresso flavor. Just coffee and roast for days. Fudge, chocolate, roast, charred barrel, rye, rye spice, caramel, vanilla. Strong, warming, but smooth. So much flavor. Another stellar year of this.
