Appearance: Pale yellow with some particles, good head.
Smell: Grassy with some sweetness below, tiny hint of skunk.
Taste: Mild sweetness, then pretty solid grassy hops. Not quite to the Prima Pils level of hops, but high level. Medium bodied, finishes with a little sweetness and grass.
Overall: Can't believe I hadn't had this one before, was almost done with the 6 pack before I realized I hadn't reviewed it. Tasty, hoppy pilsner, easy drinking. Another winner from Steel Toe.

12oz can. Bottom lip is stamped with 'CANNED ON 03/06/24'.
Clear, pale gold colored body. One thick finger of white head, and this recedes to a partial cap and ring. Leaves behind short strings of lacing.
Aroma of bready malts, with a bit of sweet honey and citrus hops.
Taste is sweet bread, citrus hops, and dry yeast.
Medium mouth feel. Crisp and clean finish. Very good carbonation.
Well made to be full of lager flavors and ending with a crisp finish.

Compared to Venn Pils 4/2024: Pours sligtly darker, stronger head. Similar aromas. More crisp yeast. Less sweet lemon. Lighter and more crisp with an equal bitterness. Softer on the mouthfeel and better for the style.
to Bauhaus Wonderstuff 2/25: Pours identical, milder aromas. More tart and vinous notes. Less smooth bread and salt. Winner: Bauhaus
to Pilsner Urquell 2/26: More lemon citrus. less buttery. Hoppier.
Compared to Luce Line Piedmont 5/26: Pours identical, similar head. Stronger aromas. Less lemon. More yeast and salt. Similar. Winner: Steel Toe
Overall: Pours beautifully. Authentic aromas. Incredibly crisp, yet the yeast provides a bitter full mouthfeel. Nearly perfect for the style. They should keep making this one, give it a name, and work on the can art a bit. (Rating: 4.22)
