Hop Shady features Citra and Nelson Sauvin hops that pack aroma of fruit cocktail. The slight sweetness is balanced by the hop bitterness.

12oz can. Stamp on bottom lip reads 'CANNED ON 04/03/24'.
Very cloudy, not quite hazy, pale gold colored body. One thick finger of white head. Leaves behind short rings and irregular spots of lacing.
Aroma of orange, melon, lime, and onion.
Taste is lemon, lime, green melon, muskmelon, strawberry, orange, and grapefruit pith. More sweet than bitter. Mellow hops in the aftertaste.
Medium mouth feel. Texture of syrup. Some tongue numbness. Very good carbonation.
Sweet and fruity IPA. A Midwest take on a fruity, soft IPA but still including some pith bite.

Appearance: Cloudy gold body. Creamy off-white head leaves ample amounts of lace.
Aroma: Citrus, white grape, freshly cut grass, lemon
Flavor: Lime, grapefruit, white wine, kiwi
Feel: Medium bodied and moderately carbonated
Overall: Very unique flavor profile here. And kind of a blend between NEIPA and American IPA due to the nice lingering hop bitterness. Steel Toe is an impressive brewery. One of the tops in Minnesota in my opinion.
