This West Coast Pilsner was inspired by our annual trip to Yakima, WA where we were introduced to Anchovy hops from Segal Ranch. This crisp, easy drinking pilsner has floral, watermelon and slight cracker flavors and aromas. Now, don't let the name of the hops fool you, no fish were harmed in making this beer.

12oz can. Bottom lip is stamped 'CANNED ON 04/02/25', about four weeks in the can.
Clear for clarity, straw to pale gold colored body. Two fingers of white head with the pour, and this sits as a solid cap and ring. Leaves behind thick strings of lacing.
Aroma of bread and cracker malts, and floral and fruity hops.
Taste is watermelon up front, with lemon behind. Toasted cracker malts. Other floral perfume light flavors, along with pepper. Aftertaste is brief.
Medium mouthfeel, with a watery watermelon vibe. Slight and brief tongue bite with each sip. Very good carbonation.
Thirst quenching lager, appropriate for warmer temps.
