A very solid fresh-hop IPA brewed with Strata; clear golden body with a creamy off-white head; balanced floral hops and bready malts, pine resin and lemongrass, fresh and vibrant.

16oz can served in a snulip. Can is dated 09/03/24. Bought it at Chuck's Hop Shop 12 days ago.
Pours clear brassy gold with a huge, fluffy head that collapses into a thick, peaky layer, heavy dimpled lacing all over the glass, quite pretty. Smell is dank and herbal, wet cut lawn, bright lemon and lime zest.
Taste is bubble gum and melons, dank melon rind, strong resin bitterness eventually overpowering strong sweetness up front.
Mouthfeel is medium to light, a bit of creaminess. Overall, very nice.

16oz can from Boise Co-op. Cloudy golden pour, fine, white foamy head, little bit of lacing. Aroma is woody, piney hops with some heavy, bready malts. Taste is piney, spruce, hops really popping in the flavor. Nice showcase for Strata hops.
