on tap at terminal bar at union station, with the name this is presumably made just for them. its fine beer, really boring but easy drinking. i wish it wasnt flat, which based on the other beers i had here may be more a problem of the bar than any specific beer, but this looks almost entirely still in the glass. crystal clear and golden colored with a some rising bubbles in my pint glass. it smells and tastes almost like an adjunct lager with a little corny sort of sweetness to it, a faint european grain quality, and no real hops or yeast character to speak of at all. its just a beer, but sometimes thats cool. i like my kolsch to have a little more snap to the finish, a little more yeast character and that cold conditioned feel, this doesnt seem as authentic as i like in the style, but it isnt bad. the lack of carbonation kind of kills it for me, and it tastes cheap as it warms up. not a whole lot going on here to get excited about, but that has sort of been a general theme for denver beer company stuff in my experience lately...
