Had on-tap at brewery
No clue about hops, booze, or anything else; dim amber color; light lacing; good hoppy aroma; light grapefruit; tastes too light in IBUs for a double; easy drinking; expect more from anything calling itself a double IPA.
When I consumed this back in 2/12, I believe this was called Powder Day IPA

Had on-tap at their brewery. Poured a dark yellow color with an unfiltered look. Light head that receded quickly, leaving minimal lacing. Smelled of pine, citrus, earthy notes...some sweet malts. Tasted just as it smelled with a bit of a yeasty undertone to it as well. Crisp and refreshing.
Light bodied with moderate carbonation. Not that memorable, but still decent.

First had: on tap at their brewpub
Poured goldenrod with just a slight haze, and a delicate layer of fizzy bubbles for a head. Lots of citrus hops in the aroma, with some earthiness and a bit of pine. Taste involved a pale malt base, sweet, toasty, and bready, overlaid generously with citrus and earthy hops, and a bit of pine dryness, with a crisp and subtly spicy finish. Light body. Not overly distinctive, but still a fine IPA overall.
