A single hopped IPA from Denver Beer Co pours a bright chestnut/golden color. Head is decent, good lacing. Nothing special so far....

And the nose is what you'd expect. Some light caramel malt, biscuit and feigning nuttiness. The hops are nice. Somewhat grassy, earthy, piney some spice

The flavor is where this beer pulls away from above average and heads towards purty darned great. The balance is great. Balance between the malt and hops; sweet and bitter; earthy and spicy; and hop flavor and hop feel. Refreshing, biting, nice malt backbone. One of the better beers from DBC, and they make some good ones.

Easily drank this one, it kept taunting me!
