This is a really nice brown ale, somewhere between American and English (Bermuda??) But really...a good beer.

Pours fairly dark, almost looks like their black IPA. Good fluffy head, off beige and nice lacing.

Aroma starts out like a stout. Coffee and cocoa, some black strap leather. But the nuttiness comes through nicely.

Flavor comes out of gate as sweet robust, roasted malt. The middle provides the nuttiness and smoothness. Almost like walnut with a bit more grip. Lightly roasted malt, some hints of coffee and leather.
Finishes clean and light. The flavor drops off and leaves a lingering curiosity to try another sip. This is nice nut brown
