Pours dark brown with a massive mousse-like head.
Nose shows potent saison yeast and Belgian spicy phenols with a soft herbal hit too. Very soft bready and roasted malt notes.
Light roasted malt presence as a flavour too, although there's a fair whack of herbal and spicy hops along with more Belgian yeast notes.
Needs a lot more carbonation.
