I had this beer on-tap in a snifter at WABL Belgianfest 2015.
Appearance: medium-light gold hue with a moderate haze and a light layer of ivory foam. Not too bad.
Smell: very nice aroma; lightly sour with plenty of oak character and a little white wine character. There's a nice, moderate funk as well; I like it a lot.
Taste: a little astringent and a little bit of fruitiness; again, the white wine really comes through. The oak character is good and the funk is mild, but tasty. There's also a little grassiness and a little sourness which work very well.
Mouthfeel: medium body with a good carbonation and a good creaminess. Not bad.
Overall: I really like this beer; it has a good composition and interesting flavors.
