Hop Hoy! is a barrel aged saison that's been lightly hopped, according to the brewery. The appearance is copper bronze with lots of bubbles and lacing. The smell is Belgian yeast. The taste is yeasty, with wood from the barrel and a mildly bitter hoppy finish. Overall, it's a good saison, leaning to the farmhouse ale style. It's not tart at all. Good stuff.
