Imagine a ginger cider. Ok, got it? Well, that's what you have here. Sweet back, ginger spice and a nice finish for someone who's into both of those things. I'll pass on this again.

Poured on-tap and served in a shaker pint, the beer is a slightly hazy, copper-gold coloring, with a fluffy, foamy, white head. Nose of ginger bread and subtle candy sweetness. Simple, but nice. Flavors are ginger spice forward, with a bready backbone, subtle caramel notes, and a solid roasted characteristic. Light, effervesced body, with a spiced and roasted aftertaste. Frothy, bubbly finish. Pretty unique brew.
