From my Growler purchased at Liquor Shed. The beer man there, Jacob, assisted in brewing this beer. Pours a hazy goldfish colour with good head of foam. Smell is light with notes of cloves, Belgian yeast, hints of Brett. Taste is more assertive. Belgian yeast and spices smack my palate in a pleasant way with the Brett giving the beer just enough oomph to be noticeable. Medium body with the carbonation on the mild side. I’m pretty happy with what Jacob and Odell cooked up.
