There’s nothing quite like the summer harvest of Palisade peaches. Peach Stand Rambler is our tribute to the hands that carefully tend those orchards. A Blonde Ale brewed to accentuate fresh Palisade peaches, this beer is refreshing and bright like a calm Colorado sunset.

I've had quite a few Odell beers over the years, and am mostly a fan of their brewing. And I've long been a fan of Palisade peaches, a highlight of my summer visits to family in western Colorado. In fact, as I write this review in late August 2024, I've been having fresh Palisade peaches every single day.
So what could go wrong with this Palisade peach beer from Odell? Well, something went wrong. The underlying beer, a "golden ale", is inoffensive but nearly tasteless. The peach component could give Palisade peaches a bad name.
The beer looks pretty, golden yellow with a fluffy white head. The smell is mostly a typical wheat ale, with some peach character. But the taste is a muddled mess.
Try again Odell.

Muddled and earthy peach. Pleasant but not particularly memorable, like your sister.

Slightly cloudy yellow color with a respectable foamy white head and some decent lacing.
The aroma is fresh biscuits, hints of peaches and maybe herbal hops.
The taste is very nice light biscuit malt, nice, somewhat understated, peach flavor. The finish is dry with some herbal hops balancing out the flavor very nicely.
The body is light/medium, good carbonation level, crisp and inviting.
Altogether, this is a very nice, refreshing brew, pleasant peach taste but not overpowering, very nice.

I normally don't drink flavored or fruit forward beers but the guy at Specs that usually gives me good recommendations for new beers to try said that this is one that he has been wanting to try. I decided to take a 6 pack home and poured one into a pint glass to drink while I watched the baseball game on TV. Very drinkable. Not a really fruit forward beer and the peach isn't overpowering but a nice light summer beer and I was very pleased with my purchase and will buy again.

"Best by 10/11/22"; drank 10/21/22 (oops!) @ the Yarchives.
Cloudy orange/yellow dull appearance.
A rough pour yielded a nice off-white head; decent lace.
Peach notes in the nose.
Medium mouthfeel.
Peach & mild wheat flavors.
Plain, kinda boring, but drinkable. Not one I'll return to.

Semi hazy body, sudsy head. Smell is biscuits, a little hoppy, a bit sour, hints of peach. Taste is bright, toasted malt, floral hops, with a strong sweet peachy compliment, and even a little herbal tea on the end. Feel is great, very smooth and refreshing. Overall, the peaches really shine without taking over.

Very nice golden color to it. Not much for a head, white in color made up of fine little bubbles.
Getting some peach on the nose. Some hop presence as well. Very light bread smell, like a very fresh light white bread.
Taste is first peach than some hops and malt come out mid way and play nice with each other. Sweet peach up front. Not like a syrup sweet but that good meaty sweet taste of a good peach.
Mouth feel is light for sure. Finish is crisp.
With that fresh flavor profile and the nice mouth feel this seems like a very easy drinking summer beer. Not so sweet that a person could have several if they chose to do so. What a nice approach to a refreshing beer for the summertime. Cheers!

L:. Pours a clear straw yellow with a small white head and pricks of small lacing around the glass.
S: Sweet peach is foremost, notes of grain and light fruit.
T:. Sweet peach candy is forefront, a touch of tartness, very peachy, peach is the dominant flavor here, kinda covers everything else here.
F:. Light body, smooth low carbonation.
O:. This beer is just peachy.
