A black saison with cinnamon and vanilla.
Pours black with a kinda purplish hue to it, with a white head. Aroma was mostly vanilla and cinnamon with slight roastiness undernearth. Underwhelming. The flavor was terrible; a vanilla and cinnamon mess without much else able to show itself. Maybe some roastiness and slight pepperiness was detectable I guess. Nothing seemed to come together on this one. A thinner to medium, active mouthfeel. Overall, I couldn't drink this one. First time I have ever said that about an Odell beer.
