A pilot beer identified as a dry hopped saison.
Pours an amber fused golden with a cream colored head. Aroma and flavor is spicey belgian yeast with a touch of some pear and apple skin, a touch caramel, lemon, and a grassy finish from the hops. A crisp, active mouthfeel that is somewhere between thin an medium, which kinda makes this beer for me. Overall, this one was a bit of a fusion of a pale ale and a saison, which I quite enjoyed. Super drinkable. Brought home a growler of this so i could drink more.
