Travis Camacho from Drakes Brewing in San Leandro, CA was gracious enough to “Stumble South” into San Diego for this collaboration that really pushes the envelope for this style of beer. While all of the traditional properties of a saison are present, things went a step further by adding both galaxy and nelson hops to the mix. The end result is a beer the gives off a tropical and bubble gum aroma while finishing dry and slightly earthy. This beer is definitely surprising and will have drinkers from all ends of the spectrum singing its praises.

Tap at Monkey Paw. Slightly hazy pale yellow. White head! Bubblegum, wheat, white pepper, white grape, citrus. Flavor is light and refreshing with pepper, bubblegum, and a grainy wheatiness. Upper light body.
