Banana aromatics with hints of white pepper...reminds me of the old school candy "runts" , the banana runt to be exact. A great smelling Saison. Provides a nicely carbonated and full/creamy mouthfeel. A nice golden straw color with yeast induced haze. Excellent saison, very drinkable!! Cheers.

The pour is a hazy like golden straw with a white head. Very light aroma, some lemon, banana, straw, and mild spice. Mild bread as well. The flavor is quite light. A bit of bready malt, straw, lemon zest, banana, and yeast. Light herbal and grass notes on the finish.

On tap for the first anniversary party at Beachwood BBQ & Brewing in Long Beach, CA.
Pours a murky yellow with a foamy white head that settles to an oily film on top of the beer. Small streaks of lace form around the glass on the drink down. Smell is of malt, grain, yeast, spice, and some citrus zest/peel aromas. Taste is much the same with a somewhat medicinal aftertaste. There is a mild amount of spice bitterness on the palate with each sip. This beer has a good level of carbonation with a crisp mouthfeel. Overall, this is a pretty good beer that smells better than it tastes.
