Our newest spin of our Galaxy hopped TDH double IPA, this time with Mosaic and an unbelievable soft mouthfeel from natural carbonation.

Growler fresh from the brewery into pint glass. Pours a slightly hazy golden-honey color with a small eggshell-white head that dissipates quickly. Initial impression is orange, pineapple, a hint of grapefruit and caramel. Mouthfeel is medium and slightly sticky; carbonation is light but prickly. Finish is sweetish at first, but fades to a noticeable bitterness at the back of the throat. Very refreshing and very flavorful! I've neglected Burley Oak of late - they've had this sour thing going and I'm not a fanboy - but it's nice to see that they still have the IPA creds that attracted me in the first place. This is good.
