12oz bottle, wine glass, bottled 7/20/21.
Chill hazed deep gold with perhaps a pink highlight. Small white head that dissipates quickly.
Juicy white grape juice, mineral, bubble gum, windex, chalky candy
Juicy for a saison and quite complex. Bubble gum and bandaid, white grape, some tannins, nickel. Although it’s juicy and moderately sweet up front, the finish is moderately bitter and drying like grape skins.
Medium body, medium-low carbonation, tannic finish.
It’s not exactly what I was expecting, but it’s very interesting and complex.
