It poured a faint orange color with a white head that disappeared in the blink of an eye. The smell is of oranges but it was so faint you could barely smell anything. The taste was a sweet yet watery orange, good but might on the tounge. Overall this being my first radler I was inpressed. I may be exploring different flavors in the future.

This is like a sweet orange soda for grownups. The blood orange flavor comes through in the sweetness (is the sweetness?), and is really tasty. I wouldn’t want to drink a 6er of this, but drinking a couple after mowing the grass on a sweltering summer day would be pretty magnificent, IMHO.

Light lemon yellow color. A vigorous pour produces a white cap that quickly dissipates.
Aroma of orange soda pop which is really quite pleasant.
Taste really is like an orange soda without a trace of grain or hops. There is some of which may be both in the aftertaste but I really can't say. Hey, it's a Radler and the taste is about what one would expect.
Light texture with just a smidge less carbonation than it needs.
It's certainly worth the effort to drink but really isn't my cup of tea, or perhaps I should say beer.

Draft, served in a pint glass.
No head or lacing, as you'd expect. Pours very flat and a bit cloudy. Fresh lemon scent - quite appealing and very refreshing. More of a vague orange soda taste than a pronoun Ed blood orange-ness. A definite sweetness to go with the tang. Virtually no lager taste in the background. Tiny bubbly effervescence at least keeps it alive on the palate.
It promises refreshment and it delivers, but this is very fruit-forward, even for the style.

This beer is refreshing on a hot summer day. Great entry level beer for people that don't like beer in general.
