Poured from a can into a pint glass
Appearance – The beer pours a lightly hazed golden color with a one finger head of puffy white foam. The head fades very fast leaving almost no lace on the sides of the glass.
Smell – The aroma of the brew is strong of a wheat bread smell mixed with lots of lime and a touch of hay. Along with these smells comes a light mustiness and a touch of grass.
Taste – The taste begins with a crisp cracker malt taste mixed with a touch of caramel and a whole lot of lime. As the taste advances from the start, some light musty tastes and a bit of grain join the taste. The lime is joined by a touch of lemon and a hint of salt at the end, leaving one with a lime and citrus taste to linger on the tongue.
Mouthfeel – The body of the brew is light and crisp with a carbonation level that is rather average. A higher carbonation would have been nicer for the big lime tastes and the light cracker malt, but overall, the feel was OK and made for a rather easy drinker overall.
Overall – A bit heavy on the lime for me, but overall, still a rather refreshing and easy drinking brew. The very light body makes for a quite refreshing brew.

It’s ok, I’d rather have it without the salt and lime.
Looks pretty standard, pale gold white head etc.....
Not much smell, lime, generic beer smell.
Taste: The lime is prominent, the salt is there too. It wasn’t necessary, I think they screwed up what would have been a nice Mexican style lager by adding crap that should be left up to the person drinking it. I don’t think Karbach can make anything without adding a bunch of crap to it.
