Collaboration with À la Fût
Brewed with our good friends at Microbrasserie À la Fût. The Danian Nutt Sour Saison is a dry, drinkable beer that finishes with a huge mouth-puckering tartness. Brewed with only local Ontario & Quebec malt and hops, this unique ale is perfect for summer.

Can: Poured a nice yellow color ale with a large white foamy head with good retention and some light lacing. Aroma of tart notes with light floral undertones. Taste is mostly dominated by tart notes with light malt notes also noticeable. Body is about average with good carbonation. Refreshing without having as much depth as I was expecting.

Really quite good. A moderate tartness, with lots of citrus and tropical fruit flavours. The flavour profile is not dissimilar to the Hill Farmstead saisons, though not at that level of quality. Peach, lemon, pineapple. Low alcohol but packed with flavour, a great summer drink. Happily surprised with this one!
