The bottle I am reviewing was their 2016 Vintage - Poured deep reddish gold with a full creamy head and dense lacing. Aromas of tropical fruit, mild oak barrel and big barnyard funk lead into a deeply complex beer. An extraordinary mixture of tropical hops, deep funk flavours and dry, slightly tart finish make this 10% imperial saison dangerously drinkable.
