Rich gold/light copper body, almost clear but for some flakes of yeast; forms a solid, fine head, the colour of cream, with good retention of several minutes.
Moderate sweet grain malt, light caramel, floral hints, and honey; bubblegum; citrus hops.
Toasty, light toffee/caramel malt flavour, distinctive British yeast esters, with some residual sweetness that isn't quite balanced in the finished with light hop bitterness. Finish is off-dry and short, coming off flat. Medium body, medium-light carbonation, feeling sticky on the palate.
