This may be the best low-alcohol beer I've ever had.
That still isn't saying much, despite my having tried 14 others. But relative to its low-alcie competition, BDHM has done a good job of distracting from this style's weaknesses. In short, BDHM gave it some flavour. And along with Indian street food for lunch, Sport was a good fit. I usually pair Indian food with light lagers, but the shot of fruit and the feel of BDHM's ale yeast calmed my palate.

Sport Looks great, huge happy foam and lovely lace. Compared to low-alchie lagers, Sport still Smelled fuller and fruity ... almost like this Fall's crop of apples. Tastes are balanced, not too much or too many spices. A master's signature is in Sport. Cleansed my palate for another bite of my fresh dosa.

Without the Indian savoury distractions, I'd have to drink Sport next to the real Zot. (At least one beer gives a buzz.) I'm thinking I'd find very similar recipes. What did you find ?

Drank at Notes Bar & Kitchen. Poured into an oversized wine glass.

The body and aroma resembles a czech pilsener, pretty much on all its qualities of crystal tones, light flavor but malty and big crispiness on the end of the sip, together with an almost perfect carbonation. Drinks pretty well for me.
