A beautiful take on what exactly one would expect of Ten Fidy in a bourbon barrel.
Pours out like motor oil as expected.
The beer offers a huge chunky chocolate up front. All those gorgeous coffee, milk and dark chocolate, and roast in the front. In the middle, the beer smooths out of gentle bourbon and lots of vanilla. This takes the place of the bitterness and heavy umami of the base beer on the back.
The transition is seamless. A thick and viscous mouthfeel.
