Formerly Cyclhops / Beerito
Beerito (4% ABV, 21 IBUs) is a light bodied, amber Mexican lager brewed with premium German and coloRADo sourced craft malts and featuring a crisp accent from noble hops. The mouth feel is incredibly smooth with flavors of walnut, toasted bread, plum, honey and cocoa - 4% ABV doesn't always come with this kind of character.

Deep Amber with moderate, fine bubbled carbonation, clear filtered, with a finger of beige head.
Smells of Carmel, toasted malts. Piece of caramel toasted malts, toffee, pizza dough, very malt forward.
Medium body with medium carbonation.
Got this at world market in Redding, drinking it here September 6, 2018.

Let me be fair, for what it is, it fits the style perfectly and elevates it. Very floral with flavors of honey and sweet fruit. A light yeast presence accents the other flavors. Only issue is the floral part is a touch too much and produces a perfume like feel on the pallate and nose.

Didn’t hate this. Nice amber color, crisp and light with a good malt backbone. More substance than a lot of Mexican lagers, nice change of pace. Not too much residual lace, thin with a high carb level and smooth finish.
