Picked up at a Total Wine in Maclean after a day of hiking down in Virginia on my day off from work. This is a actually a pretty clean drinking lager, in that you don't get any/much graininess or grist sludge flavors in the aftertaste. It's not complex: light bread note and some opening noble hops, but everything clears out pretty quickly, almost like magic. Pretty quaffable if you were so inclined.

Canned on 02/08/23. Poured into a Samuel Adams. Perfect pint.

A: Very pale gold, brilliant, one finger foamy, white head with below, average retention and spotty lacing.

S: Aroma is very light with corn, husky grain, and very mild, herbal hop.

T: Flavor is also light, but more substantial than the aroma with more cereal, green flavor, and more herbal noble hop flavor. Bitterness is light -medium and it is free of yeast character. No off flavors.

M: Feel is light in spritzy with very light, body and high carbonation with clean crisp dry finish.

O: Not bad for an American light lager - clean without all flavors, light in body, and with some redeeming grain and Noble hop flavor.

It pours with a nice white head, but it ran away really fast. Like, zoom-zoom where did it go with only a ring bubble to remember it. It is a lager, with a bit of bitter hops in the taste. There is not much too a lager, but this is true to the style and taste. It has calories and carbs around the rim makes me think it needs a diet. Does it moonlight as a lite/light beer?

For what it is, this is a fine beer. It's not supposed to be some highly flavored beer with a funky yeast strain, lots of different hops, or an exotic fruited sour. It is supposed to be a very light lager, a craft version of the mass-produced swill that we all try to avoid at all costs. And you know what, it's actually pretty decent. Sometimes you just want something really light and don't want anything too weird, so if that's the case, here you go. And it went very well with my big burger for dinner, I'll say that.

Poured from a can. Extremely light in color with a foamy head and some lacing. Smells of grain, malt and a slight honey hint. Flavors of grain malt and a little sweet on the tongue. For a very light low calorie beer it's got decent flavor. For this style of beer it's pretty good

People seem to underappreciate this brew. It's an American lager, a category that would include Budweiser, Miller and Coors. I'd say this stands head and shoulders above these macros. Edit: actually, at 95 calories, classify it with Bud Lite and Lite Beer from Miller.
I particularly like the hops and the malt profile. I do not taste corn or rice in this lager.

Got this in a mixed 15 pack. Pours clear yellow with a scanty white cap that dissipates rapidly, Spotty lacing. Aroma is faint, corn and biscuits. Flavor is bland, follows the nose. Feel is light bodied and adequately carbonated which appears to be this beer's strong point. Overall, a disappointment.

This beer pours a clear light golden color with a white head that dissipates quickly. The aroma is vague, but most notable malty and yeasty. The taste is weak but pleasant; malty and slightly sweet.
