One day around the tippy with one of our Home Brew Ninja Friends Dennis we talked about how different maple syrup tastes from the sap it comes from. We decided it would be fun to take a small British malt bill Dennis plays with and tweak it to flaunt the woodier notes of both the malt and the clean, spring fresh maple sap.
