A: Novelty color of infected pool water or a blue hawaiian cocktail with extra curacao. Pale white head. It's fun looking and reminiscentof a cabana cocktail.

S: All pineapple.

M: Med bodied jet fuel with red hot finish although it is 'spritzy.'

T: Liquified green apple, watermelon, grape and pineapple jolly ranchers. Melted orange creamsicle and firecracker pops, add grapefruit zest, and refreeze.

 

12 oz. pour on draught at the brewery. True to its name, it's translucent and a dark aqua color - almost as green as blue. It has a very thin, milk white cap and a fairly thick film of lacing. It's so unique in appearance that it's hard to rate. The smell features pineapple, other tropical notes, and vanilla cream. My first taste is sweet tropical fruit: pineapple and (I guess) passion fruit, followed by summer berries. There is also a creamy sweetness from the oats and lactose and just a hint of coconut. It finishes with some bitterness from the El Dorado hops. It has a moderately viscous mouth feel with pleasant carbonation, and while its 8% ABV gives it good substance, it drinks easily. Overall, Blue Milk is a unique drinking experience that tweaks the eye. It is refreshing with lots of tropical and summer fruit. It would pair well with summer picnic fare or for casual drinking. And it's a great conversation starter!

f - thinnish and cannot help but think of sky blue ice pops thinning further.

Blue milk, also known as Bantha milk, was a rich blue-colored milk produced by female banthas. Sentients drank it, and also used it in ice cream, butter and yogurt. It was notably available on Outer Rim planets such as Tatooine Lothal, and Lah'mu.
