A: crystal clear; straw yellow in color; 1 finger finely pored white head that receded to a moderate tight collar; OK lacing;
S: hay and grass;
T: follows the nose from start to finish; earthiness in the aftertaste; mild bitterness;
M: light to medium bodied; moderate carbonation; moderately dry finish;
O: a non-traditional take on a pilsner; I guess if you call it an American pilsner, you can do whatever you want;

Pours cloudy yellow, straw like in color. Head is super white and fades slowly. Leaves some good lacing. I get a malt, lemongrass smell on the nose. Taste is bready but with a hop bitterness. Fairly easy hop bitterness on back end that lingers.

Pours a lemon like color, touch of gold though, puffy bubbly white head, above average retention and lacing; very cloudy, almost wit like in appearance.
Nose is quite prominent; hops are front and center for sure but some light malt lingers in the background, the hops are really distinct and different; there is a very lightly herbal, some woodsy character, earthy, woodsy, and wet.
Taste is a little different than expected; hops are a little more straightforward, mostly earthy, a very unique almost cedar like finish; the malt presence is there but most entirely neutral like wonder bread, also lightly sweet like wonder bread.
Body is light; semi dry finish, some lingering sweetness, some light bitterness; smooth carbonation; light parching sensation does indeed make you crave another sip but it lacks the crispness to go with it, slightly heavy and the sweetness has an odd twang to it.

16oz can into a pint glass. Canned 10/24/22, so 8 months old.
Very pale clear yellow body with a short lasting white head. Both malt and hop aroma, surprising given the age. Clean taste, not much of a bite, fairly sweet. Very clean and refreshing in the finish.

Just below average body with about the same for carbonation.
Aroma is mild but theres hay,grass,malt, and slightly floral.
Taste for the most part is similar to aroma. Theres some mild malt sweetness balanced by a dry grass almost dryness.

12 Oz can. Pours golden with white head. Medium crisp body. Grassy hops and biscuit malt fill the mouth. Long almost dry finish. Nice brew.

Deep gold with excellent clarity; tight white head; ok cap retention; solid ring; medium lacing. Baked bread/sweet fruit nose. Semi sweet bread pudding with apples flavor. Light body, crisp clean; moderate minus carbonation. Overall, an ok pils; I was surprised by the fruity nose/flavors; tastes ok, just not expected.

Pours clear straw color with a slight haze. White head. Aroma is very much that of a well made pilsner - Slightly floral, perfumey hops. Taste is actually a little bit fruitier than I was expecting. Almost to that level of a kolsch. Feel is light medium bodied with medium carbonation. I think a little bit more carbonation would make this phenomenal. That being said, it's refreshing and super drinkable. Will be getting again for sure.

Pours gold with a medium white head. Aroma is grassy hay. Taste is mild bitter and malt sweet. Maybe also a little grassy taste, butt mild. Feel us good, clean and crisp. Overall it is easy drinking and tasty.
