I always save at least 1 can to try down the road but i might have waited a bit too long on this one. Finish is a tad sour and there is a lot of sediment. Was much better fresh.

Pours hazy yellow with a thick white head. Aroma is fruity almost bubble gum but more Lilly. Taste is hoppy with a strong malt backbone. Feel is very nice smooth and coating. Overall very nice, give it a try.

Canned on 8/11/2020. Poured into a Carton IPA glass. It pours a cloudy, golden-orange color with a thick cap of fluffy, milk-white head and soapy lacing. On the nose there is lemon, grapefruit rind, grass, wheat cracker, and a whiff of oats. To me, this doesn't taste like a bigger version of Boat. It's maltier and sweeter. The oats add a lot of sweetness and the hops are not nearly as bitter. This ale is thick, almost chewy, with moderate carbonation, and the 8.4% ABV is powerful. Overall, SS 2020 is a big, bold DIPA. You can solve the world's problems while drinking this ale.

1st Review on BA. Found at WFM 07701 despite being my hometown and fave brewer in 07716. Overall - Muddy grain blunted the hop nuance for me, but it is a big boat.
a) Perfect hazed golden body with lasting, loyal, lacing head.
s) Subdued, yeast and cellar, over feels like oats and grain stores, with only a few rising hop notes in the hemp and grass direction. (Not fruity)
t) Follows in the grainy, grassy direction, with some cellar and flower back notes.
f) Pinquent, all culiminates in a nice peppery, pungent finale, sharp.
o) Odd one.
