Added by Act 25, 1st Review, of this Rye Pale Ale. cross between APA & IPA, 50 IBU, rye dominant, fall flavors.
a) Massive white head that slather-coats entire glass all the way down, over a mostly clear golden amber body. Better as it warms.
s) sharp autumnal rye aroma, fall orchard, wet grass.
t) rising crisp sharpness, dry, woody, not fruity.
f) flinty, dry, crisp.
o) Sum greater than the parts, perfect fall beer out of Carton.
