a) If you were going to design a head for a wine inspired beer, this would be it, thin, lasting, creamy across blanc base.
s) Apple, Pear, Ginger, Orchard, Yeast.
t) Follows smell, bigger, see-saw of sour and astringent atop the subtle fruit.
f) dry, yet somehow creamy. Astringent, sour puckery.
o) Sum greater than the parts.
